Author Submission Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in having your book featured at Moonlit Hollow Books! We love connecting readers with new stories and truly appreciate every author who takes the time to reach out.

Before completing the submission form, please take a moment to review the following:

• We specialize in fantasy, romance, dark romance, and thriller fiction. We also carry a small selection of YA romance, fantasy and thriller novels. At this time, we are not considering submissions outside of these genres, including nonfiction, memoir, poetry, children's books, or other fiction genres.
  
  

• Because we are a curated pop-up bookstore, our inventory and display space are limited and we carefully choose the titles we bring to each event. Books that are available through Ingram have a greater chance of being selected, as it allows us to manage inventory and restock more efficiently. If we decide to carry your book, it may be stocked as a regular title, featured as a Blind Date with a Book, or both. We typically begin with one to three copies. Due to the volume of submissions we receive, we are unable to respond to every submission. In some cases, we may even purchase and carry your book without contacting you directly, especially if it is available through Ingram.
  
  

• Books created using generative AI will not be considered. We are committed to supporting stories written by human authors.
  
  

At Moonlit Hollow Books, every title is intentionally selected to create a curated experience for our readers. Because we travel to pop-up events throughout our community, we have to be thoughtful about every book we bring with us. While we wish we could carry every story we're sent, our space is limited, and we carefully choose the titles that best fit our readers and our collection.
